I need a name of this movie. There's a guy who plays card.He uses his eye glasses to see the cards from thetop?

I'm not sure it's a poker or not. He's in casino. He uses his eye
glasses to see the cards from the top. Which means he can see what it
is. So he won a lot of money, and casino boss don't like it and
searched his room and breaks his eye glasses. At the end he plays with
the casino boss. Casino boss thinks he can't win, bcos his eye glasses
are broken. But he has an eye contact lens.

Any one? any idea what movie is this? :D
haha no it's not Austen Powers. It's a serious movie.
